DTI Advocacy and IEP Review Services

Due to the high volume of calls and emails that we receive regarding advocacy questions for students with dyslexia, we ask that you take the time to review the following list of free resources provided by the Dyslexia Training Institute below. If you still have questions after reviewing the resources, feel free to contact us with your questions and/or concerns. We are happy to provide a short phone conversation or brief email regarding general questions about advocacy. In order to provide quality service, anything beyond 15 minutes will be subject to our advocacy fees. If you are interested in advocacy services please see our advocacy services listed below.

IEP Review and Analysis

1) IEP Review: During this review an advocate at DTI will review your student's IEP (and up to two prior IEPs), student's independent writing samples, as well as any school and/or private assessments, that were conducted. Suggestions can include improved present levels, new and/or rewritten goals, informal assessment of orthographic knowledge, and service suggestions. (Minimum 2 hours)
