“I have been an administrator for many years and would to tell you that this is the best conference I have ever attended!”

"For those who did not take a part of the 1st Annual Virtual Dyslexia Conference you missed a big, big, treat. I look forward to the next conference. Thank You Thank You Thank You."

"I would like to give a standing ovation to the organizers, presenters, and any and everyone who had something to do with the Virtual Dyslexia Conference. As a teacher that attended this conference I feel that all involved respected my time, money, and who I am as a human being. First of all, I greatly appreciated the conference being open for two week and having it accessible at any time. There were times when I was watching webinars at 10:00 p.m. The handouts, videos, etc. were filled of information that I can use. Some I posted in my classroom as a reminder when doing lesson plans. I also appreciate that the webinars we not strictly advertisement for purchasing products but they were filled with relevant information that I could return to my classroom and use. I think that we have eagerly signed up for workshops later to find that we could not do anything that the presenter suggested unless you purchase their materials. Finally, (this is worth 2 standing ovations) I cannot think of a conference where every single workshop that I attended was excellent and related to something that I was dealing with and gave me practical things that I could actually use!!! I am sure that we have all paid money to go to workshops and conferences, gone to sessions, and at the end of the workshop or session felt like it was a waste of time."
