    A “first great thing” for 2014 could be a slowly growing acceptance of my beliefs that:
    1. Dyslexia is best thought of as a preferred way of learning – this is really gaining traction in the schools that I train
    2. We should be talking about a “Dyslexia Spectrum” of skills, abilities, challenges and vulnerabilities – again this is resonating during my training –
    Auckland New Zealand schools are up for both paradigm shifts.
